Value-add after close
What the live site already says Weston does besides the purchase itself.
Buying or selling a coastal home is only part of the work some clients need. On About Weston, the site already describes a Value Add & Construction lane — built on his background in La Jolla’s multifamily development sector. This page quotes that lane. It does not invent a renovation case study, a budget, or a return number.
What about-us already prints
Live heading: Value Add & Construction
From identifying undervalued properties to managing full renovations post-close — a service built on Weston's background in La Jolla's multifamily development sector.
Live bullets on that block:
- Identifying properties with the highest renovation upside
- Contractor vetting, bid comparison, and project oversight
- Post-closing renovation management for out-of-town buyers
- Strategic guidance on what to improve and what to leave alone
Earlier on the same About page, the bio notes that he began his professional career in La Jolla’s multifamily development sector — the same background the value-add block points to. Founding member of the Dickinson-Clark Team at Compass is the team affiliation. Buyers and sellers, both sides of the deal.
That is the citeable service language. Nothing here adds a dollar figure the About page does not print.
How this differs from a sold case study
A sold page answers: what closed, for how much, on what date, and who is named on the courtesy.
Examples already on this site:
- Both sides of a coastal close — listing vs buyer on two files
- 6014 Beaumont dual-rep companion when published — dual representation on one file
- Named neighborhood books such as La Jolla from named files and Pacific Beach from named files when published
Value-add is different. It is about what happens when the work continues after the deed — or when the purchase itself is chosen for upside. The About page is the source. This note does not attach a remodel story to a specific address unless a live property page already prints that story.
What we will not invent
- Renovation budgets, contractor names, or timelines for a private job
- ROI, cap rate, tax treatment, or zoning conclusions
- School scores or “always remodel” advice
- A personal #1 or personal production total
- Team closed-volume figures presented as Weston’s personal volume
- Turning the anonymous About testimonial into a named on-camera renovation case
If you need numbers for a specific property, that starts as a conversation — not as a fabricated case study on this page.
