Who we are

This website is operated for Weston Clark, a California real estate salesperson with Compass (DRE #02122466). Compass is a licensed real estate broker. When you work with Weston on a real estate matter, brokerage and transaction records follow Compass and California real estate rules — this page is about the website and its forms.

What this site collects

We do not ask you to create an account on sandiego.homes.

If you use a form on this site — including “Talk With Weston,” a home valuation request, the sitewide valuation overlay, or the market-report / email list signup — you may send us information such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional on some forms)
  • Property address or a short message about what you need

We use that information to respond to your request and, if you asked for it, to send market updates. We do not use form leads to run surprise sales pitches unrelated to what you asked for.

Formspree

Contact and valuation forms on this site currently submit through Formspree (form endpoint in use on the live site: https://formspree.io/f/xdawynwo). Formspree receives the fields you submit so the message can be delivered to Weston. Formspree’s own privacy practices apply to their processing of that submission. We do not control Formspree’s product beyond choosing to use their form endpoint.

We do not run a separate lead database product on this page beyond what those forms send.

Cookies and analytics

Like most websites, sandiego.homes may use cookies or similar technology that Squarespace (the site host) or connected tools set for basic site operation, security, or traffic measurement. Exact cookie sets can change when the host or tools update.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell the personal information you submit on sandiego.homes forms. We do not rent form leads to third-party marketers.

  • Ask us to update or delete contact details you sent through a site form, to the extent we control that copy
  • Unsubscribe from market-report email if you signed up for it (use the unsubscribe path in that email, or contact Weston)

Children’s privacy

This site is for adults interested in San Diego real estate. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through these forms.
