  • Winner: eligible entrant whose prediction is closest in absolute dollars to the final recorded closed sale price.
  • Sale-price comparison does not deduct seller concessions.
  • Equally close winning entries split the $100 prize.
  • Prize awarded within 14 days after closing. If the property does not close, no prize is awarded.
